Welcome to Balance Integrated Healthcare! Downtown Toronto’s Premier Complementary Health Clinic Balance Integrated Healthcare is a modern and innovative healthcare clinic located in Toronto, Ontario. We are proud to offer a wide range of holistic health services in a relaxed and tranquil setting. Our new location in the Liberty Market Building of Liberty Village also includes a comprehensive holistic apothecary. Sarah Rubenstein Masters in Counselling Psychology
Drawing from her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and over 12 years of experience in energy work, Sarah's goal is to help people rediscover the joy that is at their core. Sarah received both her first and second level in Reiki over 12 years ago, and has also worked as a Zen Shiatsu therapist and psychotherapist. However, it is her more recent discovery of an energy work called Divine Openings that she finds the most exciting. As a spiritual life coach Sarah fuses the two streams of her experience in psychology and energy work. She offers coaching, energy work, and a combination of the two.

In addition, I have full working knowledge of Swedish massage and continue to study various forms of Eastern holistic therapy. My background in the field of dentistry, as a dental assistant and treatment co-ordinator, has allowed my medical intuition to grow and has endowed me with a sense of perception and understanding which has greatly contributed to my patient’s care and well-being.
Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care combines science, art and philosophy to identify and remove nerve interference in the body. A Doctor of Chiropractic is trained to observe the body's mechanics and recognize potential sources of problems. Healing is encouraged by manual adjustments of the spine and extremities or other natural techniques, including soft tissue therapy, prescribed exercises, nutritional advice and custom fitted orthotics.
Nutritional ConsultingFor information about nutritional consulting please contact Timothy Yeung directly. He may be reached through the clinic at 416-588-8282 or at info@balanceih.com. Reflexology
When we experience illness or stress, channels of energy within the body become blocked interfering with the natural flow of energy whereby disturbing our feeling of wholeness. Exhaustion, anxienty and chronic ailments may set in and inhibit the balance of your life.
Spiritual Life CoachingSpiritual life coaching is a new approach to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. It is based on the philosophy that all that is required is for us to reconnect to our essence--our "higher self". A spiritual life coach will talk with you about where you want to be in your life and how you want to feel, and will help you to dissolve the barriers toward achieving those goals. In conjunction, a spiritual life coach may also offer energy work to further enhance and ease the process. Coaching and energy work are a natural combination, since both address all aspects of well being. Coaching differs from psychotherapy in that it is usually present- or future-focused and does not usually delve into the past. It can also be a time-limited process: you might meet only once, or several times--that is up to you. You can choose to receive both energy work and coaching, or either one separately.
