Daniel Leonard
Daniel Leonard is a Reiki and Shamanic Practitioner with 14 years of practice. He has extensive experience in one on one treatments and group settings.
Daniel Leonard has began his traditional training in Reiki Usui healing system in 1994. Through this training he has obtained his First and Second degree certification with Reiki Masters Bernie Morin and Sheryl Kerman. Reiki assists physical healing and helps people with the emotional and spiritual aspects of their health. It facilitates the movement of energy in the body helping clear old emotions, thought patterns and traumas.
Daniel has been training at the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in San Paolo, California, since 1996. His teachers have included Michael Harner, PhD and Sharon Van Raalte. Michael Harner is the foremost authority in the world on core shamanism and has authored the book “The Way of the Shaman” and numerous papers on shamanism and modern life. Through his training he has established a set of healing skills in Soul Retrieval, Extraction, and general shamanic practice. A shamanic practitioner treats the spiritual aspect of illness helping clients return to a state of wholeness and balance while developing positive, health supportive patterns. This type of healing is particularly helpful for the treatment of traumas such as sexual & physical abuse, accidents, loss and grief.
Daniel has been alcohol and drug-free for many years and through his practice has studied the relationship between our innate desire for
wholeness, the effects of trauma & soul-loss, and our dances with addictions. Daniel’s personal philosophy is that we are all healers and that the more we release our old emotional patterns and become whole, the more we make space for others around us to do the same while enhancing our own well-being. To that effect, Daniel has had a rigorous personal healing practice over the last 15 years to facilitate and enhance his healing practice with clients.

As an Expressive Art Therapist Onyx has grown both professionally and personally working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), autism and emotional/mental imbalances. In 1998, Onyx began to include craniosacral therapy in her work and has since seen clients respond by receiving deep relaxation and new insights from the internal shifts made via their body's craniosacral system. Encouraged by the successful responses to craniosacral therapy, Onyx has continued to deepen her knowledge of craniosacral therapy, including craniosacral therapy for pediatrics. On many occasions, she has also teacher assisted for the Cranial Therapy Centre.
